Terms & Condition	Hollywood Hair Fantasies Picture Competition Terms and Conditions For valuable consideration as listed below, I hereby give ROYAL IMEX INC., Hair Style Trendz magazine and its legal representative the right and permission to copyright, use, produce packages, advertise, publish, reuse and/or republish my photo submission in which the photo may be distorted in character or form or present my own name or fictitious name�through any media and for whatever purpose the company chooses. I hereby release, discharge and agree to save harmless ROYAL IMEX INC., Hair Style Trendz magazine and its representatives, employees, or any person or corporation acting under permission of ROYAL IMEX INC. and/or Hair Style Trendz magazine, including any firm publishing or distributing the submitted product, even though the submitted product may be distorted, blurred, altered or used in composite form, either intentionally or otherwise. I hereby warrant that I am the stylist who created the hairstyle captured in the photo submission. I hereby warrant that the model is over the age of twenty-one and is competent to contract his/her own name insofar as the negotiation is concerned. Or I hereby warrant that the model is younger than the age of twenty-one and that I represent myself as the parent/legal guardian of certain minor(s) who are photographed in the submitted photo, being under my direct and legal supervision. I have given and express my permission in agreement with the permission of the said minor(s). I have read the foregoing release, authorize and agree to the terms and conditions of this release. Rule & Regulations	Hollywood Hair Fantasies Picture Competition Rules and Regulations Obtain Hair & Voucher Professionals and non-professionals alike are allowed to use any Zury or Hollywood hair products to compete in the competition. Create Your Style Take the hair you purchased and create your most impressive hair design. You may not have any assistance with creating your style. Capture the finished look on camera. (We suggest that you capture the style from many angles and submit the image that best showcases your work.) The hairstyle submitted must be created by the on-line applicant. Misappropriation of the work represented in the photo submission is grounds for legal action. Complete On-line Registration Upload your picture to www.hairstyletrendz.com. Complete an on-line entry form. Agree to the Hollywood Hair Fantasies Picture Competition Terms and Conditions. Your picture will be judged by hair industry professionals and representatives of Royal Imex. Two winners�one Professional (Group A) and another Non-professional (Group B)�will be chosen each week and awarded with cash prizes. Each winner automatically qualify for the 2010 summer hair show & competition hosted by Royal Imex. (More details to come!) Honestly list the hair used to create the style on the photo submission. Submissions are subject to verification. Stylists are encouraged to save packaging and receipts until a winner is chosen from the week in which their photos were submitted.
