The Trendz Magazine Nationwide Finale Competition is for contestants who have previously won hair battles conducted on line at www.hairstyletrendz.com. By participating in the competition, the contestants agree to have their name, image, or likeness used in any advertising or print material relating to this contest, be it intact or in part, distorted in character or form, for whatever purpose the company chooses, without additional compensation. All rights to the photographs and information released to the Competition belong entirely to Trendz Magazine and Royal Imex Inc. All events, competition, promotions and demonstrations held by Trendz Magazine and Royal Imex are subject to cancellation or change of content by the exclusive decision of the company without notice. |

The photos must be submitted by January 15, 2011, to be considered for the competition. Final competition contestants must honestly submit all the information and photos requested to stay competitive. The submitted pictures will be judged by hair industry professionals and representatives of Royal Imex. Three (3) winners will be chosen to be awarded, and the winners will be announced on January 31, 2011. Submissions are subject to verification. Stylists are requested to save packaging and receipts of hair until the winners are announced. |

Hairstyletrendz.com promotes creative expression and healthy competition, and strictly prohibits hateful and discriminatory material, posting that threaten other hairsyltetrenz.com visitors, misappropriation in identity of persons represented in uploaded pictures or credit for work created in the competition submissions, submissions and postings considered libelous and/or obscene, pornographic material- including nudity, sexually suggestive imagery and similar graphic representations, and violent material-including blood, gore, physical abuse and similar graphic representations. |
