First I used three-to-four tracks of each color with Zury Ultra 27 pieces to blend the hair on the sides of the hairstyle, and I layered the hair. I estimated the amount of hair I wanted to leave in the center piece at the top to put the Mohawk. I bonded deep wave hair for the back of the Mohawk and used the razor comb and shaved it down to how short I wanted it. The front bangs were created by laying down three tracks at the front of the style. In the center piece at the top, I glued the hair in the opposite direction and flipped it up. I spritzed it, used a razor comb to tease it and freak it out and blow-dried it to get it to stand up to how I wanted it.
I feel good. I feel like I just won a million dollars. [The model has] worn the hairstyle for two weeks. She still has the hairstyle and is still getting compliments. I’m feeling good right now.
